The time traveller's wife

what would you do if you have the option of being extremely happy with the love of your life for a short period of time, or be with someone whom may or may not be the love of your life, and just be okay for the rest of your life, while pondering what ifs, and what you would change?

Audrey Niffenegger, has made me fallen in love with her first novel The time traveller's wife. This story has made me ruminate in a way where no novel has. and i mean ive read alot. love stories are always so timeless, i want to know that everyone would choose to be extremely happy for a short period of time because then youre really living your life to the fullest. Why would you choose to be only okay when you can be deeply happy? Knowing that no matter what happens at any given moment youd already be satisfied and happy to go at anytime. Now this is what this book has taught me. To fall without wondering who would catch me. To trust without wondering the consequences, because it doesnt really matter as long as i was happily ready to fall. give it your all, or nothing at all.
